Hot Momma Series: Class 1 – Menopause 101

NWTC - Green Bay Campus, Corporate Conference Center, Room CC210; 2740 W Mason St, Green Bay

Menopause is a normal, natural phase of life for women – so let’s embrace it! We’re all searching for that “something” to cure our hot flashes and mood swings.  We can’t promise we have the magic elixir but we do know a thing or two that could help ease your symptoms.  Join us for a free series of educational and empowering classes focused on what menopause is, the treatments for it, and what happens to our bodies after we pass it.  Learn how to keep your “cool” during menopause!

**Class #1, 08Aug: Menopause 101 – Learn the basics of menopause, what is happening to the hormones in your body, signs, and symptoms

Class #2, 19Sep:  Menopause Treatments – treatment options to best manage your menopause

Class #3, 10Oct:  Post Menopause – prevalent health conditions that emerge after menopause and how to prevent them from occurring.  We’ll also have a health expo which will include information on how menopause effects our hearts, bones, nutrition and weight gain, and pelvic disorders.
